Terminator: Been watching, but can't seem to get up the gumption to watch the last 5 episodes. It's just not compelling enough.

Californication: Ace. Disagree with your opinion of going downhill. The really intriguing about this show is the article I read recently about David Duchovny recovering from sex addiction and doing the 12 steps with sex addicts anonymous. LOL. Ironic and true. Season probably just ended.

Brotherhood: Good show. Good episode today. Colin must die.

    Heroes: Okay. Strange season. Disjointed.

Prison Break: Improved this season, but.....

    Dexter: Season finished

    Entourage: Season finished

My Own Worst Enemy: Fairly intriguing plot. I like Christian Slater. Overall, not such a great show unfortunately.

City of Vice: Check it out if you can find decent copies. 5 episodes. Historical fiction about the first London constables.

Sons of Anarchy: Great show. Season over.

True Blood: Great show. Season over.

The Unit: Good show. Not sure about the status, maybe on hiatus for another week.

Mad Men: Brilliant. Slow-moving, but strangely compelling. Season over.

Leverage: Looks like it may have some legs on it. Time will tell.

Spooks: Haven't watched the 7 eps of this season yet. Will do so when I get a chance.

Sanctuary (US): Haven't watched it yet. Heard good things.

Meadowlands: Might have to check it out. Wasn't thrilled with the first 20 minutes of ep1, but reviews are favorable.

House is good.  I prefer serials to series though.

I'm hoping for something really 'gritty' to come along.  I need something to replace The Shield and The Wire.  Would also like something intriguing to replace BSG.

Burn Notice is decent, but it, like most of the new shows, has too much of cheesy comedy element.  Not that Burn Notice is new. Perhaps Americans want to be cheered up at the moment....    8)

I envy you.  I did that already.  The second viewing was almost as good as the first.

Thinking about rewatching Oz, Carnivale, and Deadwood.

The previous season of Spooks marked a change in format.  More action.  Perhaps I should burn this season's eps and give 'em a go.

If you like The Wire, you might try 'The Corner'.  More of a documentary miniseries, 5 or 6 eps, but very well done, and filmed on the streets of Baltimore.

There was a show on last year that had about a 10 episode run. Loved it, but not for everyone mind you. John from Cincinnati.

I still haven't watched that. It won numerous awards did it not? Not that that is anything to go by considering how The Wire, the greatest television show ever made by the way, was generally overlooked every year.

Not so sure it it won awards.

On another note, if I recall correctly from previous conversations, you're the guy with whom I share a secret love of Friday Night Lights. Well, I guess it's not so secret, but the show really is fantastic.
